The Brief

Sarra Hawes is often approached to give talks at schools and careers fairs, particularly to highlight her journey into the construction industry. During the pandemic this was not an option, therefore Sarra wanted to create a short story-driven film to capture the young audience's attention.

Our Approach

We recommended a mini documentary style film focused on an authentic interview and delivering the key messages. We chose to record the interview in a conversational style, supported by archive materials and footage of past projects, as well as bespoke footage captured for the film. Our aim was to give it a timeless feel, allowing it to be shown to students for many years to come.
